Will I be accepted?
Yes, everyone is accepted.
Can I add anyone to my plan?
A family plan can include any of your immediate family members.
Is this insurance?
No, this is not an insurance plan. Our savings plans provide you with discounted prices on a wide range of dental services and products. You pay for services at the discounted price at the time services are received.
Are there forms to fill out?
No, there are no forms to file. Just show your membership card at your appointment to receive discounts on care.
Where can I use the plan?
You can find participating dentists for the savings plan by visiting the "Provider Search" page on our website or calling 877.677.8893.
How will my purchase appear on my credit card statement?
Your statement will have a charge from "Careington International" for the purchase amount of your plan.
When will I get my membership cards?
Once you are registered, we will mail out your complete membership kit, which includes membership cards. Your membership kit should arrive in 7-10 business days.
How can I get additional membership cards?
If you need additional cards for your household, or have lost your card, please call Member Services at 877.677.8893. We will be happy to send additional cards to you.

This plan is not a Qualified Health Plan under the Affordable Care Act. This is not a Medicare prescription drug plan. The range of discounts will vary depending on the type of provider and service. The plan does not pay providers directly. Plan members must pay for all services but will receive a discount from participating providers. The list of participating providers is at essentialsmileplan.com. A written list of participating providers is available upon request. You may cancel within the first 30 days after effective date or receipt of membership materials (whichever is later) and receive a full refund, less a nominal processing fee (nominal fee for MD residents is $5, AR and TN residents will be refunded processing fee).
